QC/Technical Support Our integrated QC department has seven staff and 10 experienced inspectors. They are all experienced in the cosmetic brush industry. These inspectors check our products to ensure they meet your requirements. In each produce step, we sterilize the semi-finished products and the finished items. And, we radiate each completed piece with a Co-60 r-ray or have ETO fumigate the finished product at our client's request. Sample items are made before mass production. After you have confirmed the sample, we begin production. Then during manufacturing, products and handles are inspected at each stage. We also conduct random inspections as an added QC measure. Final delivery is authorized only after a comprehensive check of the finished products is completed.
